FUEL MINDS WHITE LABEL APPLICATION TERMS

Fuel Minds Academy (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides fuelminds.academy/fuelmindsacademy.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through fuelminds.academy/fuelmindsacademy.com (the “Website”) and the Fuel Minds Academy application(s) (collectively, the “Application” and together with the Website, the “Platform”).

The Platform allows personal trainers, wellness coaches, nutritionists etc. (collectively, the “Trainers”) to provide training and coaching and interact with their clients (the “Clients”).

The Company assists the Trainers in administering their business activities, including managing Clients, creating workout plans, meal plans, recipes, and exercises, tracking the progress of their Clients, and uploading and storing documents, videos, and other files supporting Trainers’ business activities.

We also allow Trainers the ability to white label the Application (“Licensed Application”) in conjunction with Trainer Branding Features (as defined below) and Trainer Content to Clients (“Trainer White Label Application”).

The Company’s term of service of the Platform (“Terms of Service”) is incorporated into these White Label Application Terms. Trainer agrees to abide by the Terms of Service with respect to the Trainer White Label Application. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the Terms of Service.

Defined Terms “Authorized Users” means: (a) any of Trainer’s employees; or (b) any consultants, independent contractors and any other persons Trainer authorizes to use on Trainer’s behalf to develop the Trainer White Label Application.

“Reverse Engineer” includes, without limitation, any act of reverse engineering, translating, disassembling, decompiling, decrypting, or deconstructing (including any aspect of “dumping of RAM/ROM or persistent storage,” “cable or wireless link sniffing,” or “black box” reverse engineering) data, software (including interfaces, firmware, and applications), hardware, or other technology provided by the Company.
